Private Classes
Private Classes.
In a free consultation we can discuss your needs and goals and design a package that suits your aims, your available time and your level of motivation. I’m able to work privately with you at your home, workplace, club or sports venue.
I come to you - You provide a space in your home and I will teach you or your friends and family at your home. I can supply all equipment needed for beginners classes
One to one private classes - If you want very bespoke sessions specific only to your own needs and goals or if you have specific health issues that require individual attention a one to one class might be best for you.
Group classes - These can be either in your own home, workplace or club. The focused atmosphere of a group working together can be fun, motivating and inspiring for everyone. Yoga is not competitive and this becomes immediately obvious in a group class as each person will find they are uniquely challenged while supported by their colleagues
